What Domain Information Shows
Registration Details
- Registered Date: When the domain was first registered
- Expiry Date: When the domain registration expires
- Last Updated: Most recent change to registration records
- Days Remaining: Countdown to expiration with color-coded warnings
Registrar Information
- Registrar Name: The company managing your domain registration
- Domain Status: Current registration status codes
Technical Details
- Nameservers: List of DNS servers configured for the domain
- Useful for verifying DNS configuration
Contact Information
When available, WHOIS data includes:
- Registrant: Domain owner details
- Admin: Administrative contact
- Technical: Technical contact
- Organization, email, phone, and address (when not privacy-protected)
Privacy Protection
Many domains use WHOIS privacy services that hide contact details. WebMon will indicate when privacy protection is detected.
Domain Expiry Warnings
WebMon color-codes domain expiry dates:
- Green: More than 30 days until expiry
- Yellow: 30 days or less until expiry
- Red: 7 days or less, or already expired
You will receive notifications when your domain is approaching expiration, giving you time to renew.
Viewing Domain Information
- Go to your HTTP monitor detail page
- Find the "Domain Information" card
- Click "Check Domain Info Now" for first-time retrieval
- Use "Refresh" to update the information
Automatic Updates
Domain information is refreshed periodically during normal monitoring. You can also manually refresh at any time.
