Setting Up Maintenance Windows

Maintenance windows allow you to suppress alerts during planned downtime:

  1. Go to your monitor edit page
  2. Find the "Maintenance Window" section
  3. Enable maintenance mode
  4. Optionally set start and end times
  5. Add an optional reason for your records
  6. Save your changes

During the maintenance window, monitoring continues but no alerts are sent.
